Tips and Affirmations


Tips for Healthy Beautiful Skin:

1.       Boost your energy with Vitamin B Supplement

2.      Natural/Organic Serums that contain Vitamin C (potent anti-oxidant that prevents fine lines and wrinkles).

3.      Chapped lips = put a little sugar on a toothbrush and brush your lips then use a lip balm

(not gloss).
